Like many websites, we gather information about how visitors use our website. In general, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We may track your Internet domain address for trends and statistics, but you will remain anonymous unless you tell us who you are.

“Personal Information” means any information relating to your use of our web site and that specifically identifies you. We collect Client personal information only in an effort to facilitate and improve the online experience, as well as to maintain ordinary business records, such as order history, order status and shipment information. We do not know or collect names or e-mail addresses unless it is provided to us for purposes of direct communications. We do not follow browsing paths outside of the Site. Information provided through submitted comments or via our market research surveys posted on the site is used to continue to improve products and services offered.

Data security is critical to us and thus all Personal Information is held in a secured database. We also use a service provider to track and analyze non-personal data, such as usage and volume statistical information from site visitors. This anonymous data will not be linked to your Personal Information. IP addresses are saved in the Web server’s site log to help us diagnose server problems and to understand site user activity. Please note, if you have unsubscribed from any MSAI communications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production. Also, if you request your registration information be deleted or if you unsubscribe from communications, we may maintain information about sales transactions or service inquiries for future service and record keeping purposes.
